RMA Policy
Kendall Howard accepts returns within 30 days of date of purchase. All RMA numbers are issued through the reseller
where the product was purchased. To obtain an RMA Number please contact the reseller where the product you are returning
was purchased.
All products must have an RMA number or no credit will be issued. Kendall Howard is not responsible for products
returned without a proper RMA Number. Please attach the RMA form provided by the reseller and put the RMA number in the
attention line when returning the product.
You will need the following information:
- Product Name or Part Number
- Your Order Number
- The date you ordered the product
- The reason for the return
Restocking fees vary by reseller please contact the reseller to determine the restocking fee. In the event that the
wrong product was ordered, and a new order for the correct product was placed with the Kendall Howard reseller, restocking fees
may be waived provided the product is received in "like new" condition.
All products must be returned in the original packaging in "like new" condition or no credit will be issued. Kendall
Howard does not refund shipping or pay the cost of return shipping for any product return. Insure all packages for the
purchase price when returning them. If they are damaged in transit to Kendall Howard you will need to file a claim with
the shipping company that returned the product to Kendall Howard.
