Shipping Policy


Kendall Howard Ships 99.9% of all orders received by 3:00 PM CST on the same day the purchase order is received from our Resellers. Tracking is generally available after 5:00 PM CST In the event that there is a back order on our products we will notify the reseller immediately and provide a ship date.



How will my products Ship?

Kendall Howard ships all products "best way" unless otherwise instructed.



Can I use my own Carrier?

Kendall Howard takes great pride in selecting carriers that can handle sensitive freight and small packages.


Here is a list of Approved Carriers.
  • Small Package: UPS - ship insured (up to $99.00) UPS ground service unless otherwise specified when the order is placed.
  • o Optional services include:
  • 3 Days Select
  • 2nd Day Air
  • Next Day Air Saver by 3:00 PM CST the next business day
  • Next Day Air by 10:00 AM CST
  • Next Day Air Early AM by 8:30 AM CST

  • Note: We can ship FED EX on your account but that can add up to 48 hours to arrange the pickup for your shipment.

  • Freight: ABF Freight Systems
  • o Optional services include:
  • Lift Gate – This is necessary for companies or residents that do not have a loading dock or forklift to get freight items off the back of the carrier’s truck. (This service is provided at no charge if specified at the time the order is placed.)
  • Inside Delivery – The carrier will bring the product inside to the first secured area or past the entry door. (This service is provided at no charge if specified at the time the order is placed.)
  • White Glove Delivery - The carrier will bring the product inside to your desired location, and remove the packaging. This does not include installation of the product. (Rate varies depending on the level of services, please contact a reseller for a quote.)

  • Because we have screened these carriers and they handle our packages and shipments daily, we are able to make all shipments with these carriers FOB destination provided the following criteria is met:
  • Your order was shipped on the Kendall Howard shipping account and we charged you for freight.
  • If damage occurs in transit it is noted on the delivery receipt.
  • All concealed damage is reported within 24 hours or the next business day.


  • If you have followed these steps, Kendall Howard guarantees the product arrives undamaged to your door. If it was damaged in transit contact your reseller and we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible.


    If you elect to use your own shipping account, you will be 100% responsible for the safety and delivery of your products after they have left our facility. Under no circumstances will Kendall Howard be held liable for any damage, loss of product, hidden damage, or loss of functionality to the product. By shipping on your account you take full responsibility for all claims and adjustments as required by your carrier.

    Note: If you require that we use a shipper other than one of our standard approved carriers, you must sign a freight waiver before your shipment will be loaded.
