Job Description
The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers, the market, and related entities to address customer concerns and produce resolutions. The main focus for this role is to field the communication for all customer incidents by addressing the problem and working with the customer to resolve it.

Experience/Education
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Requirements
- • Effective communication skills
- • Works well in a team environment
- • Professional phone etiquette is a must
- • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- • 2 years of customer service experience
- • Proficiency in CRM software preferred, as well as Microsoft Office and Outlook
