Returns

Kendall Howard will always strive to provide you with a quality product that suits your needs perfectly. However, if for some reason you wish to return your order, we would be more than happy to process the return.

30 Day Return Period

Kendall Howard accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Like New Condition

All products must be returned in the original packaging and in “like new” condition.

Approved RMA

All products must have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or no credit will be issued. All RMA numbers are issued through contacting a Kendall Howard representative. Approved RMAs must be returned within thirty (30) days of approval.

Custom Products

Products that have been custom made to your specifications are not eligible to be returned. The only returns that will be accepted on any custom product will be if the item has a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Charges

Kendall Howard does not refund shipping or pay the cost to return any product. We recommend you insure all packages for the purchase price when returning them. If the product is damaged during the return shipment, you will be liable to file a damage claim with your shipping carrier.

Restocking Fees

Kendall Howard reserves the right to apply up to a 25% restocking fee to each return.
