Job Description
The Quality Manager is accountable for the development, implementation, and management of the quality systems and procedures used in the production of our products. This position ensures that the quality standards as defined by the designers are being met on the shop floor as well as with materials and services supplied by outside vendors.

Principal Responsibilities
- Review CRM files daily as required
- Develop and maintain metrics on CRM files and compile appropriate files for distribution to department managers
- Follow up on all CRMs involving product issues and provide resolution recommendations to Production Engineer, Product Manager, and V.P. of Production
- Follow up on all CRMs involving sales and distribution and provide resolution recommendations
- Process all returns and generate RMA as required by the CRM system
- Maintain the CRMs and RMA processes to reflect current operating procedures
- Work with shipping companies to resolve damage issues regarding miss handling and insufficient packaging
- Develop and maintain periodic inspection schedules to ensure spot checking of production quality
- Develop and maintain 3rd party inspection process
- Develop and maintain the returns and reject re-distribution and scrap procedures
